The 2017 STEM 4 Innovation Conference for K-12 Education invites colleges, departments, labs, and student organizations from across the Texas A&M University System to host a resource booth for the Texas K-12 formal and informal educators and school/district administrators that will be in attendance. STEM educational companies and organizations are also welcome to exhibit.
STEM 4 Innovation resource booths will be on display during our “Night at the Museum” on Thursday, March 30 from 5 – 8:30 PM at the Brazos Center located at 3232 Briarcrest Dr., Bryan, TX 77802.
We encourage all resource booths to include a hands-on activity or interactive feature at your booth along with any resource materials that our attendees may find useful to help them better educate their students about Texas A&M and/or STEM.
Resource Booth Fees
- All Texas A&M affiliated resource booths are free of charge and include up to two tables.
- Companies and organizations requesting a resource booth are $250 per table, with a maximum of two tables.
- All registered 501(c)(3) non-profits are eligible to receive one free table and up to one additional table at $100 per table.
